Dr. Michael Osborne, Superintendent of Hudson Area Schools, is pleased to announce that nominations are being accepted to recognize and honor alumni, employees, and major contributors to Hudson Area Schools.

“This program provides a great opportunity for us to award those individuals whose actions epitomize the district’s vision and mission, and who serve as role models for our students and for our community, “ Dr. Osborne said. “I can’t think of a better way to thank someone for their contributions to Hudson Area Schools than to permanently and publicly acknowledge their efforts and thank them for their service.”

Nomination categories include alumni, teams, employees and contributors. The nomination form can be found on the school website at www.hudson.k12.mi.us and is also available at the district’s Central Office at 781 N. Maple Grove Ave. All alumni and teams must wait 10 years after graduation to be nominated. Current employees (including coaches and subs) are not eligible. A more detailed description of the program can be found on the school website under “Hall of Fame Program” located in the left menu. The deadline for receiving nominations is April 1st

Every year, a maximum of 2 individuals will be selected for induction into the Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will take place at the annual alumni banquet held in July. “We have so many people in Hudson that give so much and care very deeply about our school and our community”, said Dr. Osborne. “We are very fortunate that we have the opportunity to convey our appreciation.” If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Hudson Area Schools’ Central Office at 517-448-8912 ext. 227.
