Congratulations to the 2025 Hall of Fame recipients: Jim Bills and Rachel Stiverson.

"Recognizing the accomplishments of past graduates, employees, coaches and contributors inspires the present and future members of the school and community to strive for even higher achievements and positive involvement within our school district."
Jim Bills, the Voice of Tiger Football, is a 1970 graduate of Hudson Area Schools. He began announcing Hudson games on WLEN during the Streak. In 2005, he became Hudson’s full-time announcer. He is actively involved with the Hudson Alumni Association, and he is currently in his second term as a Hudson Area Schools Board of Education member. As part of his community involvement, Jim delivers weekly Meals-On-Wheels for the Addison Senior Center. teaches Sunday School with his wife, Deb, and serves in several areas in the church. He has three children and eleven grandchildren. He is a friend to many and a willing volunteer who has contributed much to the Hudson community over the years.
Rachel Stiverson is a lifelong resident of Hudson, graduating in the Top Ten of her class in 1989. She attended Lansing Community College, graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Rachel met her husband Josh in first grade at Lincoln Elementary and were married in 1994. They have two sons that graduated from Hudson: Zander (2017), and Will (2020). Rachel retired from Dental Hygiene and works as editor and photographer at the Hudson Post Gazette. It’s rare to go to a home event and not see Rachel. She is a huge supporter of Hudson sports teams and often goes the extra distance at her own cost, giving back to her community by sharing her photography and creating special gifts for others. Rachel’s commitment to the Hudson community is truly an inspiration.
